This beautifully decorated 3200 sq. ft. home has a large open floor plan and sits on a canal with a private boat dock. Enjoy your morning coffee in a all-season sun room fully equipped with air conditioning for those warmer summer days. With 2 master suites and 3 additional bedrooms it is perfect for extended families and two-family vacations. The kids will love the bunk room, complete with foosball and Playstation 3 gaming. Located in the community of Cape Windsor.
Boardwalk
The boardwalk is in walking distance, and it has tons of food and activities for adults and children alike! There is an arcade, rides, and shopping for entertainment.
Bikes and Trails
The house provides four beach bikes and the area is surrounded with trails for casual, recreational biking.
Beaches
The house is less than one mile to both Maryland and Delaware beaches. You can go to the Delaware beach for free and park on the Maryland side of the boarder for free. This way you can avoid the fees of beach tags and parking!
Pool
Community life-guarded pool located one street down. Pool pass available in renting package.
Dock
Private dock on the bay with outdoor patio table and Adirondack chairs for seating. Crab cages and ropes available for crabbing off the side of the dock.
Kitchen

There is a dinning room table, breakfast bar, and granite counter tops. Plenty of room for you and your entire family to cook and eat together.

The Crabcake Factory and Jimmy's Kitchen are fan favorites. This house is surrounded by tons of different restaurants so you will be able to find a place to eat for any craving.
Water Parks
Thunder Lagoon is less than a mile away! Day long fun for all ages. The water park has two big slides, a splash pad, a lazy river, and a wave pool.
